Can buyers and sellers talk to each other directly, or only to our support team?
Both. You can open private one-to-one rooms between a buyer and a seller, group rooms around a single transaction, or route every conversation through your own agents. The permission model is yours to set.
How do people join a conversation?
Three ways. Inside your app or website, through a secure one-click link sent by email or SMS that needs no login and no download, or through WhatsApp and Messenger with handover from AI to a live person.
Is there a limit on how many people can join a call?
No. Group audio and video calls have no participant cap, and group conference calls can be recorded.
Will it look like our marketplace?
Yes. BoomTalk Live is white-labelled throughout — your name, logo, colours and domain. Buyers and sellers never see a third-party product.
Can it connect to our CRM or order management system?
Yes. Integration with CRM, ticketing, order management, analytics and internal tools is supported, and Boom Logic handles the wiring as part of onboarding.
